Event information
Integrating risk management into the entire organisation is crucial for risk management to be effective according to ISO and COSO. However, it is very difficult to be put into practice; hence the problem.
Speakers from JFU will demonstrate how this problem can be solved with a patented technology and explain how enterprise value can be enhanced and realised because of more effective risk management.
JFU is an accounting practice operating on a network of international teams, with a focus on developing technologies and management science solutions for value-centric growth.

About the speakers
Candy Yuen, Principal, JFU Candy Tuen joined JFU at the inception of the firm in 2007, where she now leads the firms’ corporate services including enterprise risk management. Before joining JFU, Candy worked with international accounting firms in tax and accounting. Candy obtained a Bachelors degree in Applied Statistics with Management Science and a Master's degree in Operational Research from Lancaster University. She is a member of The American Institute of CPA. | |
Christopher Fu, Senior Manager, JFU Christopher Fu joined JFU in early 2017, and is now a senior member of the firm’s professional practice, leading the Private Equity, Merger and Acquisition Services. Christopher's career commenced as a member of a startup program based in New York. Shortly after joining, investors appointed him as Project Manager to spearhead the program. Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of British Columbia. To complement his experience, Christopher is in the final stages of obtaining the CPA designation in Canada, having successfully completed the Common Final Exam. | |
Dominic Fu, Partner, JFU Dominic Fu joined JFU in 2007, where he leads the firm’s engineering team responsible for the development of technologies and management science solutions. Dominic is the first inventor of a patented invention used in an AI-powered organisational performance and risk management system. Before joining JFU, Dominic worked as trainee engineer for listed companies in Silicon Valley and Shanghai. Dominic obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics from the University of British Columbia. He is CPA qualified in Hong Kong, and a Chartered Professional Accountant qualified in Canada. | |
Joseph Fu, Partner JFU (Moderator) Joseph founded JFU in 2007 after retiring from his service as an international tax partner of an international accounting firm. He was named in several years one of Hong Kong and China's top advisors by the International Tax Review and by Euromoney. As part of a World Bank-sponsored fiscal policy project, Joseph advised China's Ministry of Finance and The State Administration of Taxation on tax policy issues. Joseph Fu is a CPA practicing in Hong Kong and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He served as a council member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong for many years and was the Institute's president in 2002 and 2003. |
