Crochet Rooster or Chicken Pockets - Repeat Crafter Me (1)

I’m continuing my crochet pocket series with these Rooster and Chicken pouches! These are a quick project that are great for seasonal and holiday gift giving. The little pocket is worked right into the design and is a great size for fun size candy, gift cards, or small treats and trinkets. If you’ve missed the other pockets, you can see them by click the links below.

The Spring season is great time to get the Rooster and Chicken on your hook! I didn’t have an egg on hand but the pouch would definitely hold one!

These pockets are a little shallower than some of my other crochet pockets but that is because the long head is the standout feature and the body is a bit rounder and shorter. They still hold lots of goodies! and you could always add in a few extra rounds of single crochets after round 22 of the body.
